Data Processing Agreement
The planned contractual framework for processing customer personal data.
Availability
A final DPA must be approved by counsel and aligned with the production data map, security measures, subprocessor list, retention schedule, transfer mechanisms, and incident process. This page is not a substitute for the signed agreement.
Expected coverage
The DPA is expected to address controller and processor roles, documented instructions, confidentiality, security measures, subprocessors, assistance with individual rights, breach notification, deletion or return, audits, and international transfers.
