RelixQ legal
Privacy Policy
How RelixQ may collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information across the public website and Enterprise service.
Draft status
This policy is a working draft for legal and operational review. It is not effective customer contract language until approved and published with an effective date.
Information covered
RelixQ may process account and contact information, organization and billing details, support communications, website form submissions, authentication and security logs, usage records, and customer-configured product data. The final policy must align with the verified data-flow map.
How information is used
Information may be used to provide and secure the service, authenticate users, administer organizations, perform requested scans, deliver reports and integrations, respond to support and sales requests, meet legal obligations, and improve reliability. Marketing use must rely on a separate, appropriate preference or legal basis.
Service providers and integrations
RelixQ may use infrastructure, hosting, communications, identity, support, form-routing, and security service providers. Customer-enabled source, ticketing, observability, notification, and AI integrations may receive the data necessary to perform the requested function. The current Trust Center page is a draft service-provider summary; an approved subprocessor register and applicable executed DPA will control once published.
Retention and deletion
Retention periods will be published in the Data Retention Policy after production data stores, backups, logs, support systems, and contractual requirements are verified. Customers may contact privacy@relixq.com regarding access, correction, or deletion requests, subject to identity verification and applicable law.
Contact
Privacy questions can be directed to privacy@relixq.com. The final policy must identify the contracting entity, postal address, applicable jurisdictions, and any required representative or data-protection contact.
