RelixQ legal
Terms of Service
Proposed rules for accounts, authorized use, customer responsibilities, intellectual property, availability, and termination.
Draft status
This policy is a working draft for legal and operational review. It is not effective customer contract language until approved and published with an effective date.
Accounts and authority
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and use accounts only for authorized business purposes. Organization administrators are responsible for membership, connected systems, and the authority granted to users.
Authorized use
Use of RelixQ is subject to the Acceptable Use Policy and Authorized Scanning Policy. Customers may assess only systems and data they own or are explicitly authorized to test.
Customer content and confidentiality
Customers retain their rights in customer content. The final agreement must define licenses required to process that content, confidentiality obligations, security responsibilities, deletion, export, and treatment after termination.
Service, support, and availability
Features, support, uptime commitments, service credits, preview functionality, and change-management terms must be defined by the applicable order form, SLA, or Enterprise agreement. No SLA is created by this draft page.
Legal terms requiring counsel
Warranties, disclaimers, indemnities, liability limits, governing law, dispute process, sanctions, export controls, and termination rights must be completed and approved by counsel before these Terms become effective.
